“I am a great believer that each morning should be started with a simple but magical self-care routine so that when the rest of the day starts and the family wakes up we have taken that one precious hour for ourselves before everyone else wants a bit of us!

Does this hour make us happier? I actually believe yes as knowing we have looked after ourselves, read our goals and importantly moved our bodies are some pretty important steps to take each day and there is a A LOT less self guilt when those things are in hand. Even if we only manage it 3 times a week.

Once we have this self care thing started then our next greatest mission is to look at the many other ways we can bring calm and happiness into our lives.
